Meet the Speaker:

Felicity leads the L&D department at Edwards & Pearce.

A human behaviour specialist, with over 25 years’ experience in the field of personal development and leadership, Felicity has held senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors before forming her own company in 2010. She holds post graduate qualifications in leadership, leadership development, coaching, emotional intelligence, performance psychology and several different approaches to mindset and resilience.

In 2018, Felicity was awarded a fellowship with the Chartered College of Teaching for her contribution to the development of sustainable leadership and the prevention of burnout.
