What is sustained pressure really costing your business, in decisions, delivery and leadership capability?
An interactive leadership workshop hosted by Andrew Exon & Mark Bowles, founders of ExBow Limited that focuses on workplace pressure now being a permanent feature of doing business. For Humber businesses already operating in high‑pressure sectors the question is no longer how do we remove pressure? It’s how do our people and teams think and perform whilst under it?
The session will focus on, leading through sustained pressure and rapid change, developing people and teams who thrive during challenging times and building a mentally tough culture that supports both performance and wellbeing going forward.
Pre‑Event Activity
Ahead of the workshop, attendees will be invited to complete a short Mental Toughness exercise. This simple pre‑work helps participants reflect on how they currently think, feel, and perform under pressure. Following the event, each attendee will receive a personalised results report, offering clear insights into their strengths, potential blind spots and practical focus areas to support ongoing development beyond the workshop.
