Caroline Neadley – Partner, Wilkin Chapman Rollits and former Chair of Women in Business
Caroline Neadley is a partner at regional law firm Wilkin Chapman Rollits, specialising in employment law.
Caroline was born in East Yorkshire and is a strong advocate for the region. Alongside her career as a lawyer, she is a proud Mum to two boys, has been a committee member of Women in Business Hull for over 17 years, twice holding the role of Chair and she has a deep passion for raising the aspirations and creating opportunities for children and young people in our area.
Jamie Lewis – CEO, Smile Foundation and Chair of City of Hull Street Angels
Jamie Lewis is the CEO of The HEY Smile Foundation, building strong charities and communities across Hull and East Yorkshire.
His inspirational journey follows 20 years of sustained public and voluntary service, with compassion, resilience and leadership at its heart. Growing up in the care system, Jamie experienced first-hand the harsh realities of poverty and the challenges this brings. This upbringing instilled a deep understanding of complex social issues and fuelled his determination to create a better future, not only for himself but also for others.
In addition to his role at Smile, Jamie is Chair of Hull Street Angels and Vice President of Hull Youth Bank.
Simon Jones – Founder, Top 30 under 30, Owner, HEY Business Awards and Managing Director, Identify
Simon Jones was born and raised in Hull and is one of the most prominent voices for championing talent and business in the region.
He has a diverse business portfolio, including the recruitment business, Identify, he is also the founder of Top 30 Under 30s and multimedia production company Hype3, and has most recently taken the responsibility of the HEY Business Awards.
